Job Description:
Our clients are a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy providing Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent and Project Monitoring services across most market sectors ranging from large New Build developments to smaller fit-out & refurbishment projects. As part of their ongoing growth plan, they are currently looking for an Intermediate or Senior level Project Manager to join their team in Northamptonshire.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for seeing projects through from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality. In return, they are offering a competitive salary (up to £55K depending on experience), car allowance, discretionary bonus scheme, private medical insurance, company pension, professional fees paid and 25 days holiday with further promotion prospects within the company.

Experience/Qualifications:
- MRICS or MCIOB qualified (or working towards) with a Consultancy background
- Minimum of 5 years' PM experience
- BSc Construction Management degree (or similar)
- Able to lead a project and report directly to a Client
- Experienced in construction procurement, contracts and administering projects
- Experience within the Industrial, Education and / or Healthcare sectors desirable
- Good understanding of construction technology, sufficient to carry out quality inspections and reports
- Pro-active, driven individual capable of working within a team environment
